Holocaust-denying Professor Anthony Hall Suspended Without Pay

B’nai Brith Canada is commending the University of Lethbridge for officially suspending Anthony Hall, a Globalization Studies professor who vocally supports Holocaust denial and conspiracy theories blaming the Sept. 11, 2001 terror attacks on Israel. A video posted to YouTube this morning by Hall outlines that he has been suspended from his position without pay, as the university prepares termination procedures.

“It is gratifying to see that the university has taken decisive action, and has chosen to protect their students and their reputation as an institute of higher learning,” said B’nai Brith Canada CEO Michael Mostyn.

In a recent statement, University of Lethbridge President Michael J. Mahon confirmed that Hall “does not speak on behalf of the University or its faculty, staff and students.”

In the video, Hall accuses B’nai Brith of “taking control” of the University of Lethbridge’s administration and of advancing its own political agenda. Hall has previously charged B’nai Brith with abusing “Jewish victimhood” and of “policing citizens for supposed thought crimes and speech crimes.”

Hall also suggests that his suspension from the university is somehow an “assault” on tenured professors across Canada, blaming the “organized Zionist lobby” of “breaking down the structural basis for free and open discussion” on campus.

“This is not an attack on academic freedom, but rather a response to falsehoods being presented as academia,” says Amanda Hohmann, Director of B’nai Brith’s League for Human Rights. “Tenured professors should all be concerned with what Hall has done in his capacity as a member of the University of Lethbridge faculty. He has used his credentials as an educator to establish the legitimacy of the theories he espouses.”

Hall has been the subject of much controversy and media coverage since B’nai Brith exposed an antisemitic image posted to his Facebook page in August, which led to a subsequent police investigation that was closed without criminal charges.

Last week, B’nai Brith launched a petition that called on the University of Lethbridge to investigate Hall, which has attracted over 1,500 signatures.

Good riddance to this holocaust denier and conspiracy theorist of 9-11. He is a Jew hater that has the power over young minds to poison their minds with his hate and lies.

poor misunderstood victimized Anthony Hall, yes he is a victim, of his own doing….he is only concerned about his victim hood, and not the damage and victimizing of others with his blatant conspiracy theories and subsequent nonsense…good on the Univ of Lethbridge and Bnai Brith for seeing this through, well done…p.s. i guess whats next for Tony Hall, he will have to set up a gofundme page with the help of those he has brainwashed with the “zionist conspiracies” who will be happy to support him….poor poor Tony, sucks being called out and made accountable for one’s actions doesnt it, yet in his warped mind, he is being victimized by the world wide “zionist entity”…also must add my thanks and gratitude to Ryan Bellerose for a job well done, much appreciated…just a thought before signing off, perhaps the Professor can get himself a job teaching in Gaza, i heard they’re hearing, they are in desperate need for a tenured professor to run the pallywood department of fine arts in their coveted propaganda program? id be thrilled to supply a reference letter :-)

Just watched this tool’s video. Boy, oh boy was Hannah Arendt so right when she spoke of “The banality of evil.” This idiot is in total denial of the vile mindset he has developed in his head. He’s STILL espousing classic antisemitic tropes (“powerful lobbies” “genocide” 9/11 conspirators") whilst bleating a “poor misunderstood me” mantra. Mind you he’s backed off the holocaust denying garbage that got him suspended.
