B’nai Brith Canada Calls on RCMP to Intervene After Convicted Antisemite Strikes Again

August 8, 2025

REGINA – B’nai Brith Canada has filed a complaint with federal law enforcement after discovering that a far-right leader in Saskatchewan has republished antisemitic propaganda online even though he was previously convicted for sharing the same hateful content.

The footage appeared on social-media pages associated with Travis Patron, who once led the defunct Canadian Nationalist Party. The content, originally posted in 2022, depicts him deriding the Jews as a “parasitic tribe” and calling for Jewish people to be expelled from Canada. At the time, B’nai Brith Canada contacted the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), who launched a criminal investigation. Patron was later convicted for engaging in criminal hate speech and handed an 18-month prison sentence.

“Canadians cannot permit a repeat offender such as Patron to make a mockery of our criminal justice system,” said Richard Robertson, B’nai Brith Canada’s Director of Research and Advocacy. “His actions make clear that he has not been reformed, and that he will continue to use his platform to incite hatred against vulnerable communities.”

B’nai Brith Canada has formally called on the RCMP to pursue Patron for his latest misconduct.
