TORONTO – B’nai Brith Canada is proud to announce the appointment of Simon Wolle as our new Chief Executive Officer, effective Oct. 20.

Simon is a widely respected community and business leader with extensive experience in education, law, organizational management, and public service. He has served as Executive Director of The Jewish Camp Council of Toronto, where he also oversaw Camp Northland, Canada’s largest independent Jewish community children’s summer camp.

Throughout his career, Simon has demonstrated a deep commitment to strengthening Jewish life, building inclusive communities, and leading with creativity, purpose, and strategic vision. His unique blend of professional expertise in business and law, combined with his personal dedication to Jewish values, positions him exceptionally well to lead B’nai Brith Canada into its next chapter as we continue to grow, expand our fight for human rights, and strengthen our ongoing efforts to combat antisemitism.

“It is a profound honour to join B’nai Brith Canada at this critical moment in our history, both as we mark 150 years of impact and as we continue to navigate the rise in global antisemitism,” Wolle said. “This is a time that demands strength, clarity, and unwavering purpose. I am deeply committed to advancing B’nai Brith Canada’s mission to defend the Jewish people, promote human rights, and build inclusive, resilient communities across Canada.

“I look forward to working with our dedicated team and partners to meet this moment with resolve, compassion, and strategic leadership.”

Simon’s appointment reflects B’nai Brith Canada’s commitment to strong, visionary leadership that will ensure the organization continues to thrive as a vital and courageous voice in our community. As we mark 150 years of advocacy and service, Simon’s leadership will be essential in carrying our legacy forward with strength and purpose.
