Medical Assistance in Dying: The Effects on Physicians, Patients and Families of Conscience



B'nai Brith Canada's League for Human rights will be hosting will be a meeting to discuss the effects so far of MAID on medical professionals, patients, families, and friends. Everyone is welcome.

It is time to meet, share our experiences, and hear what is happening in the courts and our Ontario legislature.

The meeting will be chaired by Janice Halpern MD & Ellen Warner MD, the co-chairs of the Committee for Reconciliation of Patient and Physician Rights, a sub-committee of B’nai Brith Canada’s League for Human Rights.

Our lawyers, Mr. Brendan Donovan and Greg Sidlofsky, of Wagner Sidlofsky LLP will also update us on the Charter Challenge.
