Bradford West-Gwillimbury is a town of 35,000 located north of Toronto in Simcoe County. Known for its Holland Marsh, a fertile farming area of Southern Ontario, the town is a key partner in the agricultural sector for the province.
Even in a small community like Bradford West-Gwillimbury, there exists a small but proud Jewish presence. The town is served by Jewish Bradford, a local Chabad organization that offers religious services and education to the town’s Jewish and non-Jewish residents. Rabbi Yosef Nakkar leads the organization and ensures that Jewish culture and heritage are passed down to the town’s younger Jewish residents.

Bradford West-Gwillimbury est une ville de 35 000 habitants située au nord de Toronto, dans le comté de Simcoe. Connue pour son marais Holland, une région agricole fertile du sud de l’Ontario, la ville est un partenaire clé du secteur agricole de la province.
Même dans une petite communauté comme Bradford West-Gwillimbury, il existe une petite mais fière présence juive. La ville est desservie par Bradford juif, une organisation Chabad locale qui offre des services religieux et une éducation aux résidents juifs et non juifs de la ville. Le rabbin Yosef Nakkar dirige l’organisation et veille à ce que la culture et l’héritage juifs soient transmis aux jeunes résidents juifs de la ville.
