Ottawa, May 9, 2001 Rochelle Wilner, in her first official visit as President to the nations capital to meet high-ranking Canadian officials, commented on MP Andrew Telegdis question period remarks: While Mr. Telegdis statement in the Commons today is a good beginning, we look forward to him apologizing to Bnai Brith Canada for misrepresenting our decades-long struggle to bring to justice those who have lied about their wartime pasts to gain entry and later citizenship to this country.
