B'nai Brith members make a yearly tax-deductible donation of $100. We want everyone to be able to feel a part of the community, and there are no special membership levels. Your membership lasts 1 calendar year from the date of joining and will provide you with all member benefits during that time.
B'nai Brith is the country's most senior independent Jewish social service agency. Donations are used for B'nai Brith programs and initiatives, be they advocating on behalf of beleaguered Jewish communities in Israel & abroad, providing affordable housing and holiday food-basket programs for the most vulnerable in our community, standing up for human rights, operating the Jewish community's only 24-Hour Anti-Hate Hotline and compiling The Annual Audit of Antisemitic Incidents which is used by government and law enforcement agencies around the world to track levels of antisemitism and antisemitic hate crimes in Canada.
We don’t rely on a small number of super-wealthy donors. Instead, we rely on donations from our dedicated members. Members like you.
As a member of B'nai Brith, you’ll be an important part of our family. Not only will you be eligible to take part in our annual members' conference and general meetings, but you will be able to help shape B'nai Brith policy on behalf of grassroots Canadian Jewry. Whether you want to volunteer and help provide much needed services to your community, or because you believe human rights are worth standing up for, the best way to get started is through becoming a member of B'nai Brith.
